Application of the Membership
In order to apply for the membership of the LHC, please submit the following documents to the Secretariat by both e-mail and post. Your application is to be evaluated by the members of the board of directors.
- The official letter from the mayor of your city to the chairperson of the League, i.e. Mayor of Kyoto
- Application form
- General City information
- Information of policies and measures on preservation of the heritages in your city

Withdrawal of the Membership
A Member City may withdraw from the League by transmitting a notice of withdrawal in writing to the Chairperson of the League.
